LEADERSHIP
The Board of Directors is composed
of twelve elected positions, one appointee and
the Executive Director of the Chapter. Each Board
member also serves as the Chair or Advisor of
a Chapter Committee. The President serves for
one year as President-Elect prior to taking office.
Depending upon the position. Directors serve either
a two-year or one-year term, and continue service
if re-elected. Elections are held annually. Nominations
for service on the Board are accepted each June,
ballots are circulated to the membership in July
and elections are held in August. The installation
of new directors and officers takes place at the
annual December Holiday Celebration meeting.
