BUILD PALM BEACH 2009

Thank you for your interest in "Build Palm Beach 2009", the Products Show being held at the Airport Hilton Hotel in West Palm Beach on February 26, 2009 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. This annual event draws the largest turnout of architects of any event we hold and is a wonderful opportunity for vendors to gain exposure for their products and services.

Our Palm Beach Component has a membership of approximately 370, including Professional Affiliates. Invitations are extended to the memberships of CSI, AGC, ASID, ASLA, ASHRAE, etc. and information about the show is on our AIA Palm Beach website as well. We give extensive publicity to the event for several months in all newsletters, meeting notices, and various other advertising media, etc. that go out to our membership.

Additionally, seminars offering Continuing Education credits will be held adjacent to the vendor area throughout the day. These seminars provide additional enticement to our members to attend the Products Show.

We are expecting between 50 and 60 vendors this year based on the space available at the hotel. Booths cost $650. each for an 8' x 8' space. Reserve early to assure a space at this popular event!
